September 11, 2025 – New Features & Improvements
We’re entering the new season with more highly requested features designed to make customer engagement more seamless. Conversagent continues to evolve with updates that save time for merchants and create smoother, more intuitive experiences for customers across every interaction.
Email Form Capture lets you collect customer email addresses before they begin chatting with the assistant.
Simply enable this feature by:
- Heading to Settings → Email Delivery
- Captured addresses will appear in your Conversation History, making follow-up and marketing campaigns easier than ever.
Additional Links in Chatbot lets you provide customers with quick access to FAQs, promotions, or other useful resources right inside the conversation. This makes your chatbot more helpful and your customers’ journey smoother.
Simply enable this feature by:
- Heading to Settings → Additional Links
- Example: add your store’s WhatsApp page as a link!
Businesses that need deeper insights can now export conversation histories as CSV files. While the dashboard already provides key metrics and visual analytics, this new feature gives you the flexibility to perform your own in-depth analysis, create custom reports, or integrate chatbot data with other business tools. It’s a simple way to extend your reporting capabilities and maintain comprehensive internal records.
The platform itself feels smoother and more polished. A cleaner portal design helps you navigate settings more efficiently.

Eva guides you step-by-step through setup, answers questions in real-time, and ensures you’re getting the most value from the platform.
Whether you’re configuring your first chatbot or fine-tuning advanced AI features, Eva provides helpful tips, suggests best practices, and even highlights tools you might not have discovered yet.

August 21, 2025 – A Smarter Conversagent
A major upgrade went live on August 21st, which has significantly raised the bar for Conversagent’s performance:

August 18, 2025 – Fresh Look & Smarter Shopping
New customisation options – Personalise your chatbot with new chat themes, launch icon styles, and fun “thinking” animations to better match your brand’s look and feel.
Add to cart feature – Customers can now add items to their cart directly from chat, reducing friction and boosting conversions at checkout. Seamless shopping has never been this easy. We are dedicated to making improvements based on feedback from our merchants, and this feature was the most requested.
Expanded chat windows – On desktop, customers can now expand the chat window for a more open and comfortable conversation. This makes it easier to read messages, view product recommendations and interact with your chatbot without feeling confined.
August 4th & 5th, 2025
We made managing your agent simpler with contextual save bar, improved dashboard indicators, and clear previews for locked features, making it easier to understand what’s available on higher-tier plans.
Conversagent’s speed and reliability also improved with an AI model upgrade, which provides enhanced error handling and consistent suggested questions throughout conversations.
